When should I expect to get my order?

It takes approximately 1 to 2 business days to process and pack your order. It generally takes 1 to 4 business days for orders to be shipped across Western Canada and 2 to 6 business days in Eastern Canada.

Our warehouse is closed on weekends and major holidays in Canada. Delivery dates and times are dependent upon courier, weather, customs, and locations.

For international orders, shipping times are variant based on location.

Can I change my shipping address once I have placed my order?

We can change the shipping address if you have made a mistake while entering the location, within 12 hours of putting in your order. You can call or email us and we will be sure to correct your address.

International Shipping is there with you?

Yes, we ship to most locations around the world.

What is your return policy?
Due to health concerns, all orders are final sale. No refunds or exchanges. In special cases, with products that are not prone to disease, we can provide refunds with a 25% restocking fee. Please note that shipping and handling charges will not be returned, only the product cost. We do not cover shipping charges for returns; it is at the customer’s expense.

How much is shipping?
Shipping charges rely on the volume and weight of your request and the location it is being delivered to. Kindly note that distant areas might be dependent upon extra charges. Exact shipping charges are determined at the checkout.

How can I track my order?

Log into your account at wodoshop.com. Under "Order History" find your most recent order, and click on the tracking number. And you can see the tracking details of your order in your email which you got after placing the order. Then you will be able to track your order on the courier’s website that it has been shipped through with that tracking number.

Free shipping is available?

We give free shipping just on orders more than $100 that are to be delivered within Canada. International free shipping is currently not available.

Does Wodo Shop ship to PO Boxes?

We simply ship to Canada Post PO Boxes, no private or leased PO Box address. Before submitting a request of order make sure that provided PO Box is genuine for delivery.

To which couriers we go through for shipping?

Wodo Shop, currently shipping through Canpar, UPS, Purolator, Canada Post, FedEx, Loomis, USPS, and DHL courier services.

What do I do if items in my order are damaged or wrong?

If you get any damaged or wrong things, you need to tell the customer care service team. You should compose an email to [email protected] including your order number, a picture of the damaged or wrong item(s) sent out within 24 hours of the delivery time. If you do not include your order number, we can't find information about your record. Our customer care service team will revert you within 1-2 business days on how they can additionally help you.
